Technical Requirements

WebRTC — allows the browser to access your device camera

WebGL — renders 3D models in the browser

Internet connection — 3D models are streamed from CDN

Camera hardware — a rear-facing camera gives the best results

Troubleshooting

Camera permission denied

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → enable your browser
  • Android Chrome: tap the lock icon in the address bar → Permissions → Camera → "Allow"
  • Reload the page after changing permissions

Black screen or no AR overlay

  • Ensure your device is connected to the internet (3D models load from CDN)
  • Try a different network — some corporate Wi-Fi blocks CDN domains
  • Clear browser cache and try again

3D models don't appear

  • Make sure the square marker on the menu is well-lit and not crumpled
  • Hold the camera 20–50 cm from the marker
  • Avoid extreme angles — try pointing the camera straight down at the marker
