Troubleshooting
Camera permission denied
- •iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → enable your browser
- •Android Chrome: tap the lock icon in the address bar → Permissions → Camera → "Allow"
- •Reload the page after changing permissions
Black screen or no AR overlay
- •Ensure your device is connected to the internet (3D models load from CDN)
- •Try a different network — some corporate Wi-Fi blocks CDN domains
- •Clear browser cache and try again
3D models don't appear
- •Make sure the square marker on the menu is well-lit and not crumpled
- •Hold the camera 20–50 cm from the marker
- •Avoid extreme angles — try pointing the camera straight down at the marker
